Wow, what a brilliant day yesterday was! Friends, sunshine and cameras – even the fact I got a parking ticket couldn’t spoil it 😉
Myself and my very good friends Liam and Bee Crawley recently launched a website for our joint wedding photography workshop and training, Redfern Crawley Utd, which you can visit at www.redferncrawleyunited.co.uk and our amazingly talented wedding filmmaker friends Aaron and Andrea from Reel Weddings very kindly offered to shoot a promo video for us to use on the website! So yesterday, we met up so that Aaron and Andrea could film Liam and I as we took photographs at a portrait shoot in Castlefield, Manchester.
But it got even better as our models for the day were our friends, Lucy and Lindz, who are the nicest and easily the coolest couple you could ever meet! Lucy is an amazing wedding photographer in her own right so we knew the pressure was on, but Lucy and Lindz just ooze coolness and fun so our job was actually very easy 🙂
I can’t wait to see the final video and as soon as it’s ready it will be going live on www.redferncrawleyunited.co.uk so watch this space!
For now though, here are some of my favourite photographs from yesterday’s portrait shoot:
As always beautifully done! Thanks for sharing.
Amazing Neil!! So great to hang with you and watch you guys in action!! Thanks again for giving us some lovely shots as a couple as I’m always behind the camera! x
Lovely work as always Neil. LOVE that last shot, beautifully lit. Looking forward to the video 🙂
Wow! Just beautiful 🙂
Great work, loving that last shot too.
Excellent images. I love street photography, and it is great to see it being incorporated into a portrait shoot. It gives it an edge over “standard” studio sessions.
Many thanks for sharing.
