Manchester engagement shoot – Sarah & Simon

I recently met up with the lovely Sarah and Simon for their engagement shoot just outside of Manchester. We were very lucky and had some beautiful evening light as we wandered around taking photographs and talking about their all their exciting wedding and honeymoon plans.

It’s always so nice to meet up with couples before their wedding day and take some photographs. For my part it’s a great chance for me to get to know couples better, something which I find can then be really helpful on the wedding days itself. From my couples’ point of view it helps them to see that having their photograph taken is nothing at all to be worried or anxious about, they don’t have to worry about posing or anything at all like that, in fact it’s actually fun! They will also end up with some great images which they can look back on in the future or even use for things like wedding guest books or signing mounts.

Sarah and Simon were so great to shoot and I can’t wait for their big day at Great John Street in Manchester city centre a couple of weeks time, it’s going to be so good!
