I had been looking forward to Sammy and James’ Spring wedding at Eaves Hall ever since they booked me. Sammy is the cousin of one of my previous brides, Laura, and I knew that if Sammy’s wedding was anything like Lauras, it would be an amazing day. An that is exactly what is was. So much happiness, excitement and laughter.

Sammy and James are such a nice couple, the perfect bride and groom, and are clearly perfect for each other. It was an absolute pleasure to capture their day for them.

Eaves Hall in Lancashire has long been one of my favourite wedding venues, it is such a photogenic place both inside and outside (which is the reason I have held my last few wedding photography workshops there) so I knew that we were going to get some really beautiful portraits whatever the weather.

As it happened the weather was absolutely amazing, especially given the fact it was Spring when we could have had sun, rain, wind or snow! But in the end the sun was shining for virtually the whole of the day. Which was perfect, just what Sammy and James deserved and exactly in keeping with the mood of the day.

Thank you so much again to you both for asking me to be your wedding photographer. It has been so nice getting to know you both and I am so pleased that you had such a beautiful Spring wedding at Eaves Hall.
