Francesca and Prashant’s Eaves Hall wedding

There are some weddings which you just know are going to be great and Francesca and Prashant’s wedding at Eaves Hall was definitely one of those days. I had photographed Francesca’s sister Lucy’s wedding last year and that was a fantastic day, so I knew that Francesca’s wedding was going to be just as good. I had also met up with them both earlier in the year for their engagement shoot and we had a really good time that day taking photographs so I was in no doubt that their wedding was going to be incredible – and it was.

I started in the morning taking photographs of Francesca and her bridesmaids getting ready before we all set off to St Helen’s Church in Waddington for the wedding ceremony. It was then on to Eaves Hall for the rest of the day, I absolutely love weddings at Eaves Hall, it is one of my favourite venues – it’s so photogenic and the staff there are just brilliant.

There was a surprise in store for Francesca and Prashant after the speeches had finished as Francesca’s mum had secretly planned for Singing Waiters to perform. This was the first time I had seen this happen and it was absolutely brilliant! Within minutes of them starting, everyone in the room was up and dancing and it felt more like midnight than 5pm, from then on it was a real party atmosphere for the rest of the day.

Thank you so much Francesca and Prashant for asking me to capture your day for you. I loved being a part of it and it was so good to work with you both. I wish you both a very long and very happy marriage together (which I know it will be) and I’m so pleased you are so happy with all your photographs.
