Peckforton Castle Wedding Photographer

Jess and Robin’s wedding at Peckforton Castle was the perfect way to kick off my 2015 weddings. it was a day that had absolutely everything, a perfect day.

Only a few weeks earlier I had met up with Jess and Robin for their engagement shoot in Cheshire and I could see then just how excited they were for their big day. It was obvious then that their wedding was going to be full of fun and excitement and that is exactly how it turned out to be!

From the moment I arrived at Peckforton Castle and met Jess and her bridesmaids as they were getting ready I knew that the whole day was going to be special, there was such a sense of excitement in the air. It was the same when I met Robin and his groomsmen and their excitement spread through everyone – seeing people this happy makes this the best job in the world 🙂

The photograph above which was taken seconds after Jess and Robin had just had their first kiss during the wedding ceremony in the Great Hall says it all about what a happy day this was. I just love the look on Jess’ face, I don’t think she could have been any happier in that moment and I always smile when I look at that shot. If the rest of the weddings I photograph this year are the same as this one then I will be very happy.
